Ordered gel pen from Flipkart minutes, two units of pen have broken cao and leaking somewhat, not usable. I asked it to return and replace but your customer support first hold and then denied. Please look into. It was very unpredictable from @Flipkart.

@Fastrack please if you can't deliver it in two days then please cancel the order and refund. I contacted customer care and complained many times for the delay , but nothing happened. So you can't deliver in two days , then please cancel and refund, I will look somewhere else.
