@qrsupport@qatarairways I have been trying to get my refund for almost 2 years now. Why do you guys do this to us. Every time I get an apology and no refund. You will make us forgot about the ticket refund.
@qatarairways When we tweet, we will get the reply and when we DM no status or no response. More than 2 years we are trying to get refund but each DM says, sending email to concerned department but no tracking or response.

@qrsupport@qatarairways I canceled ticket in August 2021 as passenger passed away. Submitted all requested documents along with death certificate. Each customer care person I speak don’t have an answer about refund. No one responds to zendesk tickets as well.

@qatarairways Is there any update, I did multiple DMs and not getting any updates for progress. Whenever I tweet again asking for all the details like a fresh claim and process going for 15 days. This has been repeating past 1 year. Please escalate this internally and help us to get the refund

@qrsupport I have been trying to get refund for the last 10 months and there is no response from your team. Don’t know still how long you expect me wait to process it.

“We can not guarantee you when exactly you will receive your refund as the concerned team are working on it. When the process is done, you will receive an email from our the concerned department.”
