@Chellaney Unless previous PMs, Modi seems to be obsessed with getting platitudes from the US president, and his foreign minister has declared many times that the status of 'Brown sepoy' is a proud objective to achieve.
Ukrainian troops may have been encircled by Russians in the city of Kostyantynivka as it is about to fall to Russian control. It is the most important development in the Ukraine war this summer as Russians are gradually creeping up to Sloviansk-kramatorsk agglomeration.
The main Ukrainian stronghold in eastern Kostyantynivka has now come under operational encirclement by Russian forces.
After Ukrainian forces mostly withdrew from the western suburbs, Russian forces managed to break through Ukrainian defences in the so-called "Historical Centre" of northern Kostyantynivka, reaching the highway running through the city from the northeast, thereby blocking the last escape route for Ukrainian forces stationed further east.
This corridor remains a grey-zone, where Russian and Ukrainian soldiers hold overlapping positions, however it will be difficult to withdraw Ukrainian forces from the eastern part of the city now.
Elsewhere, Russian forces continue their assault operations, with soldiers infiltrating into the Novoselivka District in the northwestern part of the city. Russian DRGs are already operating on the highway into Kostyantynivka, however Ukraine continues to funnel additional reinforcements in, likely to secure withdrawal routes. Supply is now being carried out mostly with UAVs and ground drones.
Meanwhile, heavy fighting continues near the railway station, the city cemetery, the northern private sector, Lomonosova Street (northwestern suburbs), and the former chemical plant. The situation remains critical for Ukraine as the remaining defences in the city collapse.
@Keir_Starmer How is it legal to seize a ship of a foreign country in international waters? The UK is back to colonial ways? Are you trying to compete with the US?
The US acknowledged biolaboratories in so-called Ukraine
Remember how at the start of the SMO the Russian Defense Ministry devoted entire briefings to the topic of American biolaboratories in so-called Ukraine, publishing maps and leaked documents? Who didn't call this "conspiracy theories" and "conspiracy theories."
Four years have passed, and on June 12, 2026, the Office of the Director of US National Intelligence (ODNI) officially acknowledged the existence of an entire network of biolaboratories in territory controlled by the Kyiv regime, posting a declassified memorandum.
🔻What exactly does the text contain?
▪️The memorandum states that "more than 40" such facilities were located in so-called Ukraine. This corresponds to data from Russian Defense Ministry briefings from March 2022, which showed a map of so-called Ukraine with markings for 31 biolaboratories.
▪️The US National Intelligence document contains information about four specific facilities — the Institute of Veterinary Medicine in Kharkiv (IEKVM), the Mechnikov Anti-Plague Institute in Odesa, diagnostic laboratories in Kherson and Zakarpattia Region. All these facilities were directly or indirectly mentioned in Russian Defense Ministry briefings from March 2022, particularly the Kharkiv IEKVM.
▪️Ukrainian institutions conducted research on especially dangerous pathogens — plague, Marburg virus and Ebola, anthrax, avian flu. Americans spent approximately $7.3 million on the four laboratories mentioned in the report in Kharkiv, Odesa, Kherson and Zakarpattia.
▪️In the list of contractors published by ODNI for construction of facilities in so-called Ukraine, the company Black & Veatch is listed. The Russian Defense Ministry also repeatedly mentioned it as a key contractor in the construction of biolaboratories on Ukrainian territory.
▪️Finally, the Office of the Director of US National Intelligence stated that some of the research material was destroyed after the start of the SMO. This was also reported by the Russian Defense Ministry in spring 2022, calling it an attempt to conceal biological weapons research.
🖍The document consists of just four pages. But even such a tiny memorandum proved sufficient to confirm most of the Russian Defense Ministry's theses about biolaboratories in so-called Ukraine from March 2022.
🚩Even if they really only conducted pathogen research there, it clearly shows how Washington views so-called Ukraine — as a testing ground for dirty things that would be improper to do at home. The US perceives Africa in roughly the same way.
It is official. US government was funding secret biolabs in Ukraine. This was one point Russians raised before the attack on Ukraine. Thanks @TulsiGabbard
Today, I’m releasing never before seen intelligence revealing new evidence of past US government funding for more than 120 biolabs in over 30 countries, including Ukraine.
In support of President Trump‘s Executive Order to end federal funding of dangerous gain of function research around the world, and increase transparency and accountability, ODNI will continue working with partners across the Administration to identify where these labs are, what pathogens they contain, and what “research” is being conducted.

Ukrainian defense has collapsed in the city of Kostyantynivka. Russia is eyeing its first capture of a major city this spring. Lyman & Kupyansk is also under Russian pressure, and Ukraine may lose both sometime this year.
War of attrition is moving slowly and moving towards Russian capture of the entire Donestk oblast.
Following the localised collapse of Ukrainian defences in May that led to the current deteriorating situation in Kostyantynivka, Ukrainian Commander-in-Chief Syrskyi dismissed the commanders of the 28th Mechanised Brigade and the 156th Mechanised Brigade.
According to @Thorkill65, the Commander of the 28th Brigade commanded the entire Kostyantynivka defence grouping, which includes all units currently fighting in the city.
On the other hand, the 156th brigade was responsible for holding the Illinivka area, which was where one of the 2 main breaches into Kostyantynivka occurred. Reportedly, this breach into the city occurred due to poorly organised reconnaissance drone operations and a lack of FPV drones allocated to the 156th brigade for strike operations. Additionally, the 156th reportedly had too many poorly trained soldiers that should've been assigned to older brigades, according to a company commander of the brigade.
Furthermore, the status of various positions and strongpoints in and around Kostyantynivka, as well as on neighbouring directions, is being checked, as it is suspected that yet another case of commanders lying to higher-ups about Ukraine holding certain areas taking place. This could explain why Deepstate's map is so behind in this sector.
Ukrainian army has completely withdrawn from Ukrayinsky Khutir district (southwest of Kostiantynivka city)—specifically units from the 100th and 156th Mechanized Infantry Brigades—through the metallurgical plants during the last days. Approximately 55% of the city of Kostiantynivka is under Russian control (solid control; no gray zones or buffer zones) now.
Colonialism was the biggest crime in human history, where one race exploited almost the rest of the planet. The true story of colonialism will not be told until the former colonies become big powers.
The whole industrialization may not have happened in Europe unless it was not financed by the money Europeans looted from the whole world. This is an interesting question. The whole prosperity of the Western world may have been built on looted wealth. This is a topic that needs to be researched, hopefully, by Asians and others in the future.
@sidhant Secret documents from British archives reveal that the UK/US wanted the creation of a more plaint state in the Indian subcontinent to give them a base to fight the 'great games' against the Soviets/Russians.
https://t.co/sxRJxZhB46
@sidhant Russia came forward because Pakistan was created to give Anglo-Saxons a foothold in the Indian subcontinent. Specifically, it was meant to block the Soviets/Russians reaching the Middle East from the North.
I was referring to British policies related to India. There are a lot of well enchred leftists, islamists, and khalistanis in the UK regularly running anti-India campaign. The growing economic clout of India is a hindrance to their agenda. We saw it in India-Canada spat in recent times that India is able to stand against these elements.
@SkyNews@amritsingh_mann It is good that India is now economically big enough to influence British policies in its favor. Britain will depend more on India economically in the future, and the influencing power is only going to get stronger.
