@JioCare air fibre is absolute waste produce and I m struggling with this for last two weeks. 1000 Mbps in air fibre is total scam.Either refund my money immediately or downgrade my plan to 500 Mbps and give. I don’t understand how can ur team say downgrading option is not there.

@ACTFibernet i hv raised a disconnection request for my unresolved complaint for 2 months. Got calls from ur team promising resolution and change of modem. But nothing happening except for closing the request. Any plans of resolving this or should I proceed with other networks
@ACTFibernet hai. Date is 4 th. Issue is still resolved yet. Everything is same. Except for the pathetic customer service. Next stem is consumer court complaint will only work I guess

@ACTFibernet I hv multiple service id s without resolution and u guys automatically close it without any resolution. Customer service seems to be really worst.

@ACTFibernet No. Mobile app is complete crap. Requests close automatically. My phone is very much alive and acting. I need to be on call to explain the things I m going through. U can DM a proper contact number so that I can call atleast.
