@JioCare@jiocare@JioFiberChennai I patiently waited again for last 5 days, no engineer either called me or fixed the issue but as usual, closed my another support ticket without my consent with status as Fixed... This has become very usual now, almost my last 8 tickets are closed!!
@JioCare Don't have any more patience Pl atleast proceed with cancellation request and give me back my security deposit and pro-rata based plan amount... If u are not ready to give the plan amount, let me think that I donated to Mr. Ambani jee, my contribution for him to become Richer!!!
@JioCare If my connection is not getting restored today, I want you to cencel the connection and refund me the securuty deposit + last one month recharge amount as Internet dint work from Oct 24 2022. I have been raising complaint continuously from that date, but issue was never resolved
@JioCare@jiocare@JioFiberChennai I have. Ooked Internet connection with an another vendor, they are installing it today... Atleast I request JIO team to raise a cancellation request, give me back the refund amount and the subscription amount I wasted a month as Internet was not working

. Situation is going really bad here, support SLA needs not be 1 day, but atleast within a week, you guys should fix the issues..... Really disappointed....
@JioCare This is already 13th day from when my JIO fibernet stopped working..... Recharged for INR 1750(including tax) for 30 days already lost 13 days, just 4 more days for next recharge, we do Work from home with this situation.....i never thought I would have this much patience 😒
