@IRCTCofficial my journey dated on 12-07-2024 Friday 05.05pm had been cancelled because of the train which got delayed by 12.10hrs
So I wasn't able to travel as I had planned. I didn't travel on the train. My tickets were already booked through some online platform by myself.

Order was paid already.
Delivery date was oct 15th. But still I'm not aware of the product location and I was not able to cancel the product. Customer executives aren't responding properly.
