SR -SR00030WT7D is supposed to be addressed on 14th Mar but still there is no resolution.
I don't understand what is the point in raising the service request back to back with no resolution planned.

@JioCare I am fedup of hearing the same responses for last 2 weeks. #Jio executive was promised same day connection and installation but now you are saying installation will be done on future date(That too you are not sure of the dates). All lies and fake promises from #jiofiber team.
Still waiting for a clear update from JioFiber regarding installation and refund.Weeks of delay, โน1200 relocation fee pending refund, and โน859 paid for installation but still no connection.

Now @jiocare has closed old service request(SR00030PVJN)and opened new ones without resolving the issue, just to reset the timeline.

I feel #jiocare customer care team has been trained only to send generic response rather than understanding the problem and assigning to the right people for the fix. Please keep SR one after other but don't work on the issue.
