He is now actively blocking any access to the disaster zone in La Guaira where there are still tens of thousands missing and thousands of volunteers are scrambling to save them with their own bare hands.

These murderers stole HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS over 27 years and now Venezuela lacks ANY kind of infrastructure to respond to the current tragedy.
