@qatarairways I travel with your airline such a rubbish airline. My luggage get lost when I arrived in Dublin. Since 28 days I’m sending emails every day regarding my luggage but staff saying we are tracking your bag. What a nonsense!! Worst #CustomerService #customerexperience

I visited airport twice & not allowed to enter & get the baggage. @qatarairways don’t have a designated staff in Dublin where they daily fly twice or more. When contacting @qatarairways staff online everyone is helpless they say!

It’s 28 days now.
First 5 days they took to trace the baggage. Then the status changed to Ready for Delivery and it’s 23 days the same.
Let me know where is my baggage, I ll go and collect myself. Ridiculous!!
