@NikeSupport Thanks - but that’s not practical. Why after 3 years when it has never happened, would it all of a sudden start happening now? Something partially crashing the current run in the app after a recent update.

@NikeSupport It’s in my pocket. Phone is locked. It’s the same way I’ve been running with it since I started using the app in 2014. Phone is always sideways (landscape) in my pocket with the screen facing out.

@NikeSupport I’m running the app on iPhone7 on OS 11.2.6 and recently it’s doesn’t track part of the run - I did a half marathon Sat and another run today. Both times it only logged half kms and time. Had to adjust the data myself. Just has a straight line where it drops out.
