@HenryRCardboard Man oh man, that is one techno-color of a beauty Hank. Sure, the centering is not ideal but, those super poppy and bold colors sure do draw your eye into all the positive attributes the card has. What a beauty

@BusterScher That is very cool. Wild to think how far things have come in the hobby but, I love to see it. Thanks for sharing with us and I would be interested as to your thoughts from the experience when you are done today. Cheers.

Here is a Throwback Thursday post to a 1952 Topps Willie Mays PSA 2.5 that I let go of in a trade in 2023. While the Mays does have a much higher population then Jackie Robinson or Mickey Mantle in the set, it is still a key card if the Golden Era of baseball cards. Cheers!

[Vintage Slab Man @VintageSlabMan]

@ohcardzclub That was a part of a 9 card trade that I did in return for getting a w575 Pitching Ruth

[Vintage Slab Man @VintageSlabMan]

Thank you for the post @chevy_guy8213 much appreciated

[Vintage Slab Man @VintageSlabMan]

@BlockRips It was a big trade for sure. Love the 52 Mays but the 2.5 had a bit more surface wear in the purple area than what I would prefer typically

@PackFreshPapi Oh man that is awesome! Card 53 Yellow Ruth was the ultimate babe in the 80s early 90s so that one is a beast but I know what you mean as to 144 - swinging babe

[Vintage Slab Man @VintageSlabMan]

Happy Hump Day & Pre-War Wednesday. For me the most classic baseball card that comedy to my mind first is the 1933 Goudey Babe Ruth No. 144. This one is an SGC 2. It is just everything that is wonderful about vintage baseball cards visually. & the New York Yankees of that era.

[Vintage Slab Man @VintageSlabMan]

@PackFreshPapi Oh man! Hard to argue with that! I could see Cobb Ruth Gehrig as a prewar trifecta, Jackie Hank Clemente or mantle Jackie Hank as a post war trifecta

[Vintage Slab Man @VintageSlabMan]

@PackFreshPapi Great collecting goal to have! I will be rooting for you to land one someday 🙌🏻
