@PackFreshPapi Oh man that is awesome! Card 53 Yellow Ruth was the ultimate babe in the 80s early 90s so that one is a beast but I know what you mean as to 144 - swinging babe

Happy Hump Day & Pre-War Wednesday. For me the most classic baseball card that comedy to my mind first is the 1933 Goudey Babe Ruth No. 144. This one is an SGC 2. It is just everything that is wonderful about vintage baseball cards visually. & the New York Yankees of that era.

@PackFreshPapi Oh man! Hard to argue with that! I could see Cobb Ruth Gehrig as a prewar trifecta, Jackie Hank Clemente or mantle Jackie Hank as a post war trifecta

@PackFreshPapi Great collecting goal to have! I will be rooting for you to land one someday 🙌🏻

I hope you all are smiling this morning. this is a throwback of the Dodgers great and his 1957 Topps Psa 2 Sandy Koufax that I let go of in 2021. Such a blazer for the grade. When it comes to baseball cards, the 1957 set can be so hit or miss. When they are clean they pop. Cheers

A throwback Trailblazer Tuesday post. 1954 Topps PSA 3 Hank Aaron rookie card I sold in 2021. This one had better than average centering for the grade & was free of the roller marks that sometimes hit the 54s. A timeless classic of the golden age of baseball cards. A vintage must

Picked up the Ruth from the post office on the way to work this am. I may just start only collecting the unwanted and unloved authentic/authentic altered cards. The accountant in me appreciates cost avoidance and they need a good home. :) I love this hobby.
