@fnp_ind Please do not claim deliver of gifts for special days unless you stick to it. My order which I had placed order on 13th Aug, was supposed to reach on 20th but still i receive no updates. Not even an option to refund.

@fnp_support I just talked to your customer support and I was told the item has been put to delivery this morning at 11am IST. I have sent an email, have been talking to your customer suppry since 2 days asking them to stop the process, cancel the order and refund the amount.

@fnp_ind Very bad experience with #fernsnpetals #INDIA, disappointing. I had booked an order for birthday on 20th of August. The order still remains undelivered with no option to refund as well or to cancel as there is no meaning in gifting someone post their special day. #fnp
