Today I am 216LBS, the lowest ive been in 5+ years 🙂

A good chunk of it is muscle too, so knowing Ive been able to both build up muscle and slowly cut fat is a great feeling.

Ill keep pushing, hoping to feel confident enough for a Before and After by new years 🙂
