I had a bow fixation at 4 so I could do it but I hated tying my own shoes bc it felt backwards so I pretended I couldn’t. Made boys tie my shoes until 8th grade. They were competitive and always ready to show off so it worked out. But I mostly wore Mary Jane’s to avoid tying shoe laces
