Thx for the quick response Jack, but actually, you *don’t* guarantee the same seat characteristics, or we’d still be in extra legroom seats, which we paid for. Why don’t the people you put in those seats get moved? The flight is delayed there’s time for LH to make this right.

Hey @mtanowace thanks for letting us know that there’s no E service at 42nd Street. Would have been better if you’d told us BEFORE the A train arrived since the next A is > 20 minutes later. Paid $2.75 to wait 30 minutes instead of walking for 20. Nice start to the week!

@PennStateAlums you flubbed the Alumni Weekend as far as food. Why does Grab ‘n’ Go breakfast end at 9? We can’t (pay to) eat in the dining hall until 10:30. Big letdown this year after 14 years having breakfast in Waring. @maxandjelly #disappointed #hungry
