@Alex_perception 实际上即使是国企央企，现房销售下也不容易的。企业要提前2-3年预判市场，太难了。行业合并应该是趋势，只有巨无霸企业，才能有足够的资本去承担这样的风险。另外，也会导致未来出让的土地变小，项目规模本身不会很大， 从而控制单个项目风险

泡泡玛特昨天公布了2026年上半年业绩，中国市场收入同比增速+47%，非常亮眼。
在整体疲软的消费环境里，年轻人消费是为数不多的增长亮点，并且增速强劲。年轻人更愿意把金钱消耗在自己喜爱的事物上，而不是传统的大宗耐用品。
消费品牌必须考虑如何迎合他们的需求。
