@AirbnbHelp your customer service team is constantly hanging up on us & refusing to move forward with our case. Our Airbnb had no clean water. It was yellow & smelled like spoiled milk and our host wouldn't do anything about it. We require help now, we have tried everything.

@sprintcare Fix your mistake. An employee gave us apparently incorrect information which led us to pay off a phone early so we could work with you. It's absolutely not ok that you have backtracked and are no longer willing to honor your word.

@sprint was unwilling to do anything for us and instead suggested we buy "their iPhone". After paying ours off. Livid is an understatement. Mind you, we only paid off our current ATT phones AFTER they assured us both phones would work with their new plan. https://t.co/by4nw94jDf
