After listening to your program last night, I yet again contacted @thameswater and got a plumber and the farmer at the end of my lane out.
My bill has tripled from £34 a month to 81 to 104. When I first raised a complaint in February,

So they are obviously guesstimating but claiming that they are actual readings. The farmer his bill has doubled, but mine has tripled and a home where none of us spend any time in the house because we are all out at work. This is daylight robbery but with claims that they

they claimed to have done an actual reading. However, both the farmer who has lived here ever since the Lane was built and the plumber confirmed that you cannot read me at the top of the lane and every house is just part of the same supply.

@thameswater So now astonishingly, I’ve had a plumber out and a farmer who lives on our lane. There is no meter for our Lane and all the properties are estimated. Ours has more than triple yet you claim to have read an actual meter reading earlier this year, it’s just corrupt.
