I have been experiencing multiple compliance issues with @upstox which are outrightly Illegal. Frustrated to the point of discontinuing the relationship with them as they can no longer be trusted. When you call them to resolve the issue, you are

Put on hold for more than 30 minutes without any ticket number to refer back to. You are left with no option to call back and explain the whole thing again just to be put on hold again. This is not a rant or an attempt to degrade name. This is an honest feedback from a customer.
