Happy to be back at Babuji Memorial Ashram, Chennai, after a long time to attend the National Conference on the theme, "Leading in the Age of Super Intelligence."
I urge everyone to meditate together as a family. Give every member of your family the opportunity to experience @heartfulness meditation.
When you meditate together consistently, it becomes a beautiful collective practice, and you will begin to experience its positive effects in your relationships, your home, and your daily life.

Self-acceptance is a vital attitude in any process of personal transformation. Without it, we remain stuck in judgment, making it difficult to let go of impressions. Instead, we keep going in circles, deepening those impressions with our thoughts. It also becomes harder to develop self-love without self-acceptance.
Heartfulness cleaning removes these impressions that form around the heart, creating a sense of lightness and freedom. With this, we can happily work on changing ourselves, and the journey begins.
Anything can be a boon or a curse, it all depends on how we use it. With the rapid advancement of AI and the rise of social media, it's easier than ever to get distracted by technology.
Yet the same technology can also enrich our lives when used wisely. Meditation helps us develop the clarity and discernment to make that choice, enabling us to use technology as a force for good.

Glimpses from my time in Mathura, the sacred birthplace of Lord Krishna.
Mathura is not a place that can be fully appreciated through the outer eyes alone. Its true beauty and divinity are experienced through the heart.
Through Heartfulness meditation, the heart becomes quiet and receptive. In that stillness, the sacredness of Mathura reveals itself, not as a concept, but as a living experience.

“When your inner life deepens through the practice of meditation, alignment comes naturally and eventually becomes the very character of your presence. At its fullest potential, spiritual life has no off switch.” ~ Daaji
Have you ever paused to ask yourself: “Who am I?
Much of life is spent searching for answers in the world around us. But what if the journey begins by turning inward and discovering what already lies within?
Heartfulness meditation helps us connect with the purity, peace, and divinity at the core of our being. As we deepen this connection, we uncover our true nature and gradually evolve into the best version of ourselves.

Have you ever wondered about the root cause of the environmental challenges we face today?
When an industrialist dumps waste into the Yamuna, a river we revere as sacred and lovingly call Mother Yamuna, what drives such actions?
At the deepest level, every form of environmental pollution begins with thought pollution. When our minds are disturbed, disconnected, or clouded by greed and indifference, that inner imbalance eventually manifests in our actions and impacts the world around us.
True environmental change begins within. By meditating regularly and cultivating purity, balance, and compassion in our thoughts, we can free ourselves from thought pollution and contribute to a healthier, more harmonious planet.

“Pranahuti dissolves the trap that fear creates. When this Transmission enters the heart, it does not argue with fear, or present counter-evidence, it simply fills the space with something so real, and so palpable that fear loses its authority.” ~ Daaji
True courage is guided by discernment and grounded in humility.
Strength is not in being rigid like a tree, but in being soft and resilient like the grass that bends and endures every storm.
A gentle heart is not a weak heart, it is strength in its purest form.
