Your presentations about Tata Tiago EV and the future of EV mobility in India look impressive on stage, but the reality for actual customers is completely different.
You talk about “lifetime battery confidence,” but the real situation is far away from those promises. Earlier the battery warranty was promoted as 8 years, but now even Tata Motors is not ready to confidently support customers whose batteries fail within just 1 year.
Before selling the car, it is easy to stand on a stage and make big commitments, but the ground reality customers face after purchase is very different.
I purchased a Tata Tiago EV around 1 year ago with trust in Tata Motors. Today my car gives only 60–80 km range, battery drops almost 1.5% every kilometer, and the vehicle has been standing in the workshop for the last 15 days despite having an 8-year battery warranty.
I have already connected with 260+ Tata Tiago EV owners facing similar frustrations, and we are now preparing legal escalation regarding misleading claims, warranty handling, and poor customer support experiences.
Please stop showing only marketing promises and start listening to real customers struggling daily after purchasing your EV vehicles.
So guys, before buying any EV just by watching fancy ads and presentations, please understand that ads do not always show the real face of customer experience.
