@IndiGo6E , Didn't allow to board WE9ETR from COK to DXB because of not having GDRFA approval for resident. Travelling to DXB by @emirates on same day and GDRFA approval is not required. Why there is different guidelines for same destination for different airlines @IndiGo6E ?

@Annie04029415 @DimpalS33640905 @SRadhskrishnan @airindiain No. I could go to payment page twice. One time error came saying seat is not available now. Second time went to payment, but failed while returning to Air India page. Now £614 is blocked☹️

@DimpalS33640905 @SRadhskrishnan @airindiain Thanks for the reply. But my issue got resolved only when I connected via mobile hot spot. Wifi gives same error. Looks like all tickets are gone or some issue with system. I'm seeing unavailable on all days.

@airindiain How will @airindiain verify that I have registered with @HCI_London while booking tickets? I have not received any acknowledgement with a registration number while registering at @HCI_London .
