Two things went wrong during the @OpenAI #devday demos:

• During the dot demo, the dot wasn’t responding.
• In another demo where Codex was being used, voice chat wasn’t working at all.

And now I can’t even find these clips on the official stream anymore. 👀

But I recorded them live while the stream was happening.

A dedicated VM where the agent can browse, run code, manage files, install software and execute tasks.

@OpenAI's Dot is also moving in a similar direction with computer-use and isolated environments.

Different approaches, same goal, AI that can actually use a computer.

Let’s see which one gets more adoption and ultimately wins. 👀
