Also humiliate by cancelling my contract on the last day .. leaving me to buy temporary internet which cost me 100 euros , So i lost 135 euros without any fault from my side.. Customer service is bot .
@vodafone_de You took 35 euros from me for not returning wifi router after you cancelled my contract .. None of you sent any email or letter for wifi router return process.. ,I even sent email to your customer care and no response till now..

@vodafone_de they told me that it will take 21 days but they dont have clarity if 21 days is for the next update or overall time till installation .. It seems every helpdesk member have predefined script in front of them .. which they read out everytime when any customer ask update π‘
