Worst part is I have made payment for whole year...as of result of that customer care is not taking the complaints seriously..

Even one of the technical guy who visited to check the issue one off day, advised me that i should not have made full year's payment.

Last month i have got Jio AirFibre with speed plan of 100 mbps... & Trust me the service & the speed is rediculous.
I have made payment for the year subscription & now trapped.

I would recommend @HathwayBrdband instead of Jio

Charging for 100 mbps speed but never realised it.

Earlier was having internet from another service provider with the speed of 30 mbps but it was much better than #JioFibre

We are in S1 & it is overcrowded.
No TC or RPF in the coach.
