समान नियम, समान अधिकार... यही तो लोकतंत्र की पहचान है!
जब देश में समानता की बात होती है तो लोगों की अपेक्षा भी यही रहती है कि हर व्यवस्था पर एक जैसे नियम लागू हों। समाज में आज कई लोग यह सवाल उठा रहे हैं कि अगर वक्फ की संपत्ति

मुसलमानों की भलाई के लिये है, तो मंदिरों के रुपयों से सबका साथ सबका विकास क्यों किया जाता है? यह केवल एक सवाल नहीं, बल्कि नीति, पारदर्शिता और समानता को लेकर चल रही बहस का हिस्सा भी है।

करोड़ों लोग अपनी श्रद्धा से मंदिरों में दान करते हैं और उनकी यह भी अपेक्षा होती है कि उस धन के उपयोग को लेकर स्पष्ट व्यवस्था और पूरी पारदर्शिता हो। दूसरी ओर, हर धार्मिक संस्था के लिए समान नियम और जवाबदेही की मांग भी लगातार सुनाई देती है। लोकतंत्र में ऐसे सवाल उठाना स्वाभाविक है और उनका उत्तर भी तथ्यों व नीतियों के आधार पर मिलना चाहिए।

किसी भी धर्म या समुदाय का सम्मान बनाए रखते हुए नीतियों पर चर्चा होना एक स्वस्थ लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया है। यदि व्यवस्था सबके लिए समान हो, तो लोगों का विश्वास और भी मजबूत होता है। समानता केवल शब्दों में नहीं, बल्कि व्यवस्था में भी दिखाई देनी चाहिए।

देश की ताकत उसकी विविधता और न्यायपूर्ण व्यवस्था में है। जब हर नागरिक को लगे कि कानून और नीति सभी के लिए एक समान हैं, तभी "सबका साथ, सबका विकास" का विचार और अधिक प्रभावी बन सकता है। यही सोच समाज में विश्वास और एकता को आगे बढ़ाती है।
