तिलचट्टा सौरभ दास ने अपना घर का पता सार्वजनिक करने और अपना घर दिखाने के लिए 6 लोगों पर मानहानि का केस किया था जिसमें उसका वकील कुटिल सिब्बल था ।

कुटिल सिब्बल ने सेटिंग लगाकर तुरंत सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अर्जी भी डाल दी अर्जी मंजूर भी हो गई फिर जज ने देखा कि तिलचट्टे सौरभ दास के पिता का नाम नहीं लिखा है तो जज ने कहा कि आप पिता का नाम लिखिए

तब कुटिल सिब्बल ने कहा कि क्योंकि सौरभ दास जर्नलिस्ट है इसीलिए उसके पिता का नाम नहीं बताया जा सकता

फिर जज ने कहा यह कौन सी नॉनसेंस बात हुई ?? उसके बाद तिलचट्टे सौरव दास ने अपनी अर्जी वापस ले ली

दरअसल तिलचट्टे सौरभ दास का पिता नेपाली है । सौरव दास भारत का नागरिक ही नहीं है यह नेपाल का नागरिक है इसीलिए यह अपने माता-पिता और अपना मूल जन्म स्थान सब कुछ छुपा रहा है , आप इसका फेस देखेंगे तब भी आपको पता चल जाएगा....

जहाँ लोग कल तक चिल्ला रहे थे, “मोदी जी का समय खत्म हो गया”, आज वही लोग प्रधानमंत्री के दरवाज़े पर एक पत्र लेकर खड़े हैं।

और दूसरी तरफ, एक व्यक्ति जो पिछले कुछ महीनों से चुपचाप बैठा हुआ था, अचानक मैदान में आ गया है। वजह जानकर आप हैरान रह जाएंगे। आइए जानते हैं…

सरकार संसद का विशेष सत्र बुलाकर तीन नए कानून/संवैधानिक संशोधन ला सकती है—

1. 131वाँ संवैधानिक संशोधन विधेयक
बताया जा रहा है कि इसमें लोकसभा की सीटों को 543 से बढ़ाकर 850 करने का प्रस्ताव है। इसमें 35 सीटें राज्यों से और 815 सीटें केंद्रशासित क्षेत्रों से आने की बात कही जा रही है।

2. पर्यावरण सुधार कानून
इसके तहत 2011 की जनगणना को आधार बनाए जाने की बात कही जा रही है।

3. केंद्रीकृत राज्य विधान
इसके माध्यम से दिल्ली, पुडुचेरी और जम्मू-कश्मीर के कानूनों में संशोधन करके महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षण लागू किए जाने की बात कही जा रही है।

यहाँ विपक्ष की सबसे बड़ी समस्या यह है कि अगर ये प्रस्ताव वास्तव में कानून बनते हैं, तो देश के राजनीतिक नक्शे के साथ-साथ राजनीति की पूरी संरचना भी बदल सकती है।

उत्तर भारतीय राज्यों को अधिक सीटें मिल सकती हैं, जबकि दक्षिण भारतीय राज्यों की हिस्सेदारी कम हो सकती है।

कांग्रेस अब एक बड़े राजनीतिक संकट में दिखाई दे रही है, क्योंकि एक तरफ वह दावा करती रही कि मोदी जी हार गए हैं, वहीं दूसरी तरफ सरकार ने कथित तौर पर अपनी राजनीतिक गणनाएँ अपने पक्ष में कर ली हैं।

अब अगर ये प्रस्ताव पास होते हैं, तो इसका पूरा राजनीतिक श्रेय मोदी सरकार को मिल सकता है और विपक्ष के लिए इसे रोकना आसान नहीं होगा, क्योंकि आखिरकार नंबरों के खेल में मोदी सरकार मजबूत स्थिति में होगी।

दोस्तों, यही है वह “मोदी मैजिक”, जिसके बारे में कहा जाता है कि मोदी गर्म माहौल में भी विपक्ष को ठंडा होने का पूरा समय देते हैं और जब सब कुछ शांत हो जाता है, तब अपनी चाल चलते हैं।

अब कांग्रेस को शायद एहसास हो रहा है कि जिसे वह मोदी जी की चुप्पी समझ रही थी, उसके पीछे शायद एक बड़ी राजनीतिक रणनीति चल रही थी।

विपक्ष उकसाता रहा,
मोदी शांत रहे…
और अब सवाल है कि अगली चाल किसकी होगी? 🚩
