A plane flew through just as the almost full moon began its rise over Puerto Rico. The day before the full moon is often the best time to capture it. In true Puerto Rican fashion, the moon had to break through the low clouds before it was fully visible on the horizon.

On October 10, Comet C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS) appeared just after sunset, and I shot it from the northeast corner of Puerto Rico.

I was at an event organized by @paralanaturalez at the newly renovated lighthouse. They had telescopes, I brought my own camera 📷️😁

#Moon Hunting! #PhotoPillers gathered around the world to capture the Hunter Super Moon on Oct 17. I drove 1 1/2 hours to photograph the rising full moon but was clouded out. I’m not complaining, it was a fun meet up and we saw the comet!

Full #moon rising over #Dubai.
With a perpetual haze overlaying the city, the moon (and even the sun), need some height to penetrate. The effect was really pretty with the moon glowing in the sky! ⁠

After a day full of transporting tourists to and from the tent camp, the camels get a well deserved break.
They weren't moving once they lied down and I found them in the same spot later at night.

I spent a few days in #Marrakesh #Morocco and got very comfortable navigating the #Medina. Jemaa el-Fnaa glowed at #sunset!

The best view spot was on a terrace here, definitely worth the price of a drink😁
