Super Specialty Hospital #Jammu is badly understaffed. My Bua had a cardiac arrest today & had to wait for 3 hrs to be seen. The Doctor on duty was good & co-operative but looking after many patients alone. We need more Doctors & skilled staff. @OfficeOfLGJandK @DrVikasPadha
