@OlaElectric Absolutely pathetic service from Ola Electric. My scooty has been standing idle for the last 20 days. I’ve contacted support multiple times—every time I’m told I’ll get a service appointment, but nothing happens. No updates, no accountability. This is unacceptable.

@bsesdelhi For the past 2 months, I’ve been requesting a change of wire for my electricity meter. No response, no action, and no one answering my calls. Now the same meter has caught fire again. 🚨⚡ How long do I have to wait before this becomes a bigger tragedy? #Accountability
