But like other online partners i didn't receive any extra privilege or coupon for delay in payment & order at my Son's party which kids suffered a lot as we have to order food from somewhere else
@KFC_India My order #6634109000002149 placed on Apr 3 via your app for a kids’ party was never delivered despite multiple follow-ups. Extremely embarrassing as kids were left hungry with no resolution from support. Highly disappointing service. Requesting immediate full refund.
@KFC_India Raised issue on May 15 on Twitter & refund came in 2 days. But I was following up since April 3 with no resolution.
Shows process can be quick if taken seriously. Hope refunds are handled on time going forward so others don’t face this.

@KFC_India It showing on May 15 night 9:23 they pass the entire till date May 17 i have not yet received any refund from SMS from HDFC credit team. Once I receive refund SMs than I can query is resolved. Till then it's pending from last more than 45 days
