This customer's sister had dengue encephalitis and was put on a ventilator,
Money flew like water,
They ended by spending 45L to save her,

She had only a 5L corporate policy(which was used in 2 days)
They had to pay the rest of the money from their pockets,

He approached us, and we asked the head underwriters of 5 different companies to help us,

After back and forth,

The customer was really, really happy and told us

One of our follower stucked with a claim of 22 .77 lkhs …

He msgd us for help , we understand at crucial time u need help and hand holding … msgd him his requrmnt , he submittd and then within a 2 hour time his entire claim of 22.77 lkhs got approved…

In actual his claim was of 45lkhs but he only had sum insured of 22.77 lkhs including no claim bonus … and we got the full amount …

After settlement of claim he asked us how he can repay us …

Our answer was … just your blessings …

People can earn money , but it is very hard to get blessings in these days … ❤️❤️

@NIKHILLJHA First hand experience in a reputed hospital in Gurgaon. TPA desk told that even for pre authorised claim for Star and Care, final bill approval usually comes in days not hours.
