Purchased a UC Native M2 n got delivered on 04/08/24, many calls were made for installation but as on date the product is still not installed as UC cant provide the installation. Recently they have given me 2 options :

1. To install by some agent n get the refund.
2. Return the product refund will be processed.
Just tell me why such things not cleared before selling , once you commit to customers that installation will be done but later you cant ... people trust a brand not only with product...
