"Il y a des silences qui tuent plus sûrement que des coups, et des absences qui font plus de mal que les trahisons."
Amélie Nothomb, Stupeur et tremblements
I STILL HAVE THINGS I WANNA TELL YOU
Some connections do not end when time keeps moving. The small things remain. A joke that would have landed. Something that happened today. The soul still gathers those pieces as if the conversation never closed. The world kept going just like it was supposed to, but some days it still stops in the exact place the other soul used to stand.
Every day since has simply been everything after. Not emptiness. Not moving on. Just the quiet truth that some frequencies do not leave when the moment does. They stay in the ordinary hours, in the things still waiting to be said, in the part of the heart that never learned how to stop turning toward what it already recognized.
THE TIE THAT DOES NOT LOOSEN
Some bonds are not made of convenience or timing. They feel older than the current lifetime, as if two hands were already reaching for each other long before the story began. The connection can look intense from the outside. From the inside it simply feels true.
A person learns the difference between a passing attachment and a thread that will not break. One fades when life gets hard. The other stays, even when it asks for patience, healing, and a kind of faith that does not always make sense. The ones who have felt that thread know: certain souls were never meant to let go.

i learned ants really have no concept of us as humans because of their limited eyesight and how big we are to them. they see us as moving shadows, or wind, or like obstacles and landscape (i imagine mountains). makes me wonder what’s in front of me right now that’s too large for me to comprehend.
You are personally responsible for getting yourself through the hardest seasons of your life. Not your friends, not time alone, and not the apology you may never receive from someone who hurt you.
Healing begins the moment you decide that your future matters more than your past. You cannot always control what happens to you, but you can choose how long you allow it to define you. Every small step forward is a decision to reclaim your peace, your strength, and your life.
The day you stop waiting for someone else to rescue you is the day your healing truly begins, because no one has more power over the next chapter of your story than you do.
