@jas_d_barbie Icl I grew up with the rule of you must shower every morning as a kid and then changed it to just showering at night but these summers have me showering every second I swear🤣 but I’d agree it’s over kill. I’d say do that in the summer but every winter just shower before bed

@YngviCom It’s due to the possibility of carrying a baby, I’ve always been 50-55kg never more or less but I wanted at some pint to be 45kg but was explaining that due to my height and the way my body hold weight that it’d be difficult and dangerous for me
