@sainsburys slightly panicking here, last night couldn't get changes to order to checkout, and after trying again today (new device, logged out and in, discarding changes, doing the changes again) it still won't checkout. For tmr so have to fix it today.

May have worked out what's causing the problem - it doesn't want me to buy a big chicken, only a small one - keeps reverting it no matter how often I pick the larger size (and have tried both free range and organic free range). So, no chicken then.

@sainsburys so eventually worked out what number to press to get to a menu that included ‘asked to DM’ but no reply yet and no sign of delivery. Flatmate confirms no knock at the door and had no phone call. I just want to know what’s happening!

@sainsburys I did clear the cache in one of the log out and log in again attempts, it didn't help. Too late now anyway as past 11pm. It is still sitting there spinning so I just have to trust that the original order will arrive in the morning at least!

@sainsburys confirm changes button just spins when amending order (yes, logged out, logged in again, discarded changes & retried, tried again, still didn't work). Really annoying - just hope you do deliver the original order tmrw. I see I'm not the only one with this problem

@sainsburys there's an issue with staff training on produce for deliveries. 2x sent pointed cabbage instead of a Savoy cabbage, and just found we got 2 Braeburn apples instead of Bramleys yesterday. Not substitutes, sent as ordered item. Can't email you so have to put it here!
