I have not recieved two orders of mine which have been marked as delivered today.
When iraised a query on the same, iam being told to verify my identity by submitting my aadhar or voter's ID.
What kind of nonsense is this, for being a customer of Amazon???

One is 3499rs prepaid and the other is 1307 rs prepaid.
