for those who don't know, it's basically an engineer who works closely with the customer

the engineer wil do things like

- join the customer calls
- go on the customer's company offsites and vacations
- eat the customer's food
- adopt the customer's children
- marry the customer's spouses
- shoulder the crushing burden of the customer's deepest, darkest secrets
- chat with the customer if there are any problems
