You said that in reference to someone talking about the fact that camera shutters can’t be turned off in Japan.

This implies = we did no need for the crime (filming girls without consent) to happen first for a law to be put in place against it, or in this context, for a “solution” to be put in place (camera shutter always on).

I answered your tweet wrongly assuming that you were able to understand subtext, that’s my bad. So I said “So you're telling me that secretly filming/taking pictures of girl is not a problem in Japan? I'm telling you right away: this is not a common thing in any European countries . It you want to clap back, don't throw your Japanese women who suffer under the bus, at least.”

Because your answer implied that the fact that the camera shutter is always on in Japan doesn’t mean that there is a problem in Japan with men taking pictures/videos of girls without their consent. Do you understand now or is it still too difficult?
