@StoreonAuto Visitors = interest. No sales = no trust. No one will buy from a stranger without trustworthy reviews. Amazon converts 10X better than Shopify for this reason.
Look up "Feedback Rebates". It's the fastest way I know to increase conversions on Shopify.
@dtcaileen Why don't you try Feedback Rebates? It's the fastest way I know to increase conversions and get trustworthy reviews. Look it up.
People don't buy because of an ad. They buy because previous customers said it was worth it. You'll need lots of reviews and proof that they are real.
It'd be much easier to prove his value if companies he worked for offered him Role Credits.
This way, the better customer reviews his products receive, the higher he would rank for his roles. That's how movie credits work, as well as Likes and Upvotes on YouTube, Reddit, Stack Overflow, etc. Most companies and employees have no idea that Role Credits are now possible for all products and services, not just content.
It's mind-boggling that we're still using resumes and references to judge a potential employee, and not the feedback of people who are actually using the products.
I had a pleasure of sharing Virthium's origin story and my vision for the future on Atomic Impact Podcast with @JasonAOsborn
If you'd like to live in the world where professionals are judged by the quality of their products (customer ratings, not content) and people can rely on customer reviews (not ads) when making decisions, join the tribe!

This sentence contradicts 99% of marketing advice: "Trust doesn't come from what the company says, it comes from what its customers say."
If people relied on brands, content, and PR, Amazon sellers wouldn't convert 10X better than brand websites.
How did we end up in a place where companies spend enormous amounts of money on self-promotion (ads, marketing, content),
forcing us to pay higher prices to cover that cost,
when the only people who actually know if the product is any good are the customers?
Why not give that money to them as a Feedback Rebate instead, and they can tell the world if the product is worth buying or not?
Wouldn't we all be better off?
More people buy when they see a Feedback Rebate than when they see a Discount because it provides additional assurance and trustworthy reviews as proof of quality.
Our first AI-generated video. It's no Hollywood, by any means, but AI is getting better. The subject is relevant.
I wonder what will happen when content and the size of marketing budget no longer serve as the criteria to judge brand trustworthiness.
They were never good criteria to begin with. We just didn't have anything better to go by.
Now we do: https://t.co/R48a7E5nd2
Trustworthy reviews increase conversions, but unlike ads or discounts, this increase is permanent.
Your reviews can stay there forever as proof that people don't regret buying your product.
A Feedback Rebate is the fastest way to get that proof.

Instead of "X% OFF" sale discount, you can offer a Feedback Rebate.
It costs less than discount because not everyone will redeem it (higher profit margins).
It improves quality perception (assurance of post-purchase satisfaction)
It increases conversions (better value)
It generates trustworthy customer reviews (proof that people don't regret buying from you)
I believe trust comes from what customers say, not what the company says.
People trust brands only when they have nothing better to go by.
The problem is, no one trusts reviews on DTC websites.
(Why conversions on Amazon are 10X higher than DTC.)
Feedback Rebate is the solution. It's not just a discount.
You're probably confusing it with something else.
