@TheLastRonin714 Steam has been around less time than the home computer gaming scene. Many things contributed to the switch to all digital but the biggest factor being an overabundance of piracy, even when games were on cassettes. Had this never been an issue PC would still have physical games.

If digital is your preference, great. You no longer have to endure the exhausting journey of getting up to change a disc. But advocating for Sony to abolish physical games is just weird. Why fight to remove a choice that doesn’t affect you? More options help everyone… right?
