I’m not often speechless but what a celebration it was today at @beestonparkrun to celebrate 10 years of VR.

@herbalbug Look after yourself. Running and training will be here. A change is as good a rest, so perhaps try an alternative once you’ve had some time out (I’ve found a love for triathlon and cycling).
