This is a bad take on federal contracting & should be targeted at the whole pie, not just 8a contracts.

Highlight how many 8a contracts exist compared to non 8a contracts, what these smaller contracts are capable of providing at scale, what sector they thrive or fail in, etc.

How many gov contracts waste billions yearly altogether, not just 8a? That is the real question. Optimize them all.
