I am writing to formally complain about the non‑issuance of my daughter Class 12 certificate verification. As instructed by CBSE, I had already sent all required documents through Speed Post for offline verification. After receiving my documents, CBSE informed me that the verification must be done online.However, the CBSE online verification portal is not functioning, and despite repeated attempts, the system does not allow me to complete the verification process. This has caused unnecessary delay and hardship, and my academic/work requirements are being affected.
I request CBSE to kindly:Resolve the technical issue on the online verification portal immediately, OR
Process my verification based on the documents already submitted via Speed Post.Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a clear resolution at the earliest.
