苹果、Intel、AMD、高通，
今晚大概率睡不好了。

统治了 PC 整整 30年的 Wintel 王朝，今天被一个卖显卡的，连桌子一起掀了。

NVIDIA 的 RTX Spark，一块 3nm 的 SoC，
把 ARM CPU、Blackwell GPU、128GB 统一内存焊进同一颗芯片，
塞进 14mm 的超薄本，
本地跑 120B 大模型，
1440p 满帧跑 3A，
拔了电源帧数硬是一格没掉。

但真正让那四家睡不着的，还不只是这些参数。

过去三十年的 PC，
像一群车厂在比谁的排量大，
所有人盯着 CPU 跑分，
Intel Inside 就是品质保证，竞争全在同一套规则里打。

NVIDIA 今天开进来一辆电动车，
直接说规则换了，
以后比的是 AI 算力和谁的软件生态更深，
而它那张生态网，叫 CUDA，已经铺了二十年。

这一下，每一家被点到的，都得正面回应：
Intel 和 AMD 还能追性能、追制程，追不上的是那二十年攒下的开发者。

苹果 2020 年就用 M 系列证明了 ARM 加统一内存能有多强，
可它把 CUDA 拦在门外，

NVIDIA 干脆绕开，在 Windows 这边复刻了一遍，
还多带了苹果永远不肯给的东西，
完整 GPU 生态、3A 游戏、CUDA 全栈。

高通的 Snapdragon X 先跑了一年 Windows on ARM，没有 GPU 生态撑腰，整个故事还只讲了一半，没想到今天这个位置被人抢了

当然，发布会上说的，和真正用起来之间，向来隔着一段距离。

ARM 版 Windows 的兼容层跑老软件掉多少、满载久了降不降频、这套东西最后卖什么价，老黄一个都没交代。

但方向似乎已经钉死了，
过去你买电脑，Intel Inside 是贴在机身上的那张品质标签，
但是往后这张标签，得换人贴了。

NVIDIA 今天卖的不只是一颗芯片，还有下一个三十年 PC 行业的入场券。

它的理念很简单，让世界上所有人，都能在 AI agents 团队的帮助下，从零创办或接管任何组织，围绕用户的核心意图，持续自动化地运营一人公司。

为了实践这种理念，wanman 必须设计的尽可能简单，不需部署，不用买 mac mini，不用操作复杂的权限，只要打开网站，输入想法，即可运行。

wanman 有两种工作模式，第一种是从故事目标自治运行，它会分析目标，规划任务并邀请 AI 员工，自动开会并对齐目标，每个虚拟工作日结束后，wanman 会主动进行创意发散，从而保持任务持续运行。

第二种是 wanman 接管（takeover）目前支持任何 GitHub 仓库，它会分析代码仓库，围绕目标进行自动优化和测试，在持续运行的基础上，不断提交代码到远端仓库。

无论哪种工作模式，wanman 都会运行到目标达成。它和许多流行的 harness 产品相似，均支持：agents 消息通信、自进化 skill、沙箱隔离环境运行、多模型架构等功能，和其他产品不同的是，wanman 的设计哲学是，让人类用户退居二线，仅作 AI 团队的观察者。它的核心架构和组件已在 GitHub 开源：https://t.co/fVswg8vvAn

这是我今年以来开发最久，也是最重要的产品之一，为了开发 wanman，我做了 sandbank cloud，chatben，tuwa 等基础设施，这些产品的 vibe 经验，最后都成了 wanman 的一部分代码。

wanman 的命名来自于日语的 one man（ワンマン）的罗马音，在日本的乡间，经常能看到ワンマン電車在田野中悠然自得地穿行，我相信在不久的将来，也会有许多人使用 wanman 创建自己的ワンマン会社。

Over the last few weeks, Apes have been mobilizing across the globe through regional meetups, bringing local chapters together in ways that actually matter.

We spent 4/20 weekend with Snoop and Dr. Bombay, giving a group of Apes a member-only moment you can’t replicate online.

These moments pull people closer together, create and strengthen real bonds, and push the energy of the Club forward.

We’ve also been thinking about what it actually means to be a Yacht Club - not just the name, but the feeling behind it. That’s starting to take shape. From here on out, you’ll see it show up more clearly in our apparel, our collaborations, and an aesthetic that finally does the Yacht Club name justice.

initially thought this was going to help with a couple of quick placements, but this feels like an important opportunity to support holders and the BAYC brand

people don’t usually list grails because… they’re grails. collectors want unlisted grails but they don’t know how to start the conversation and these discussions are more nuanced than an anonymous WETH offer on a marketplace
