i always wonder how do people who don’t believe in “the blood of the dragon myth” explain the dragon dreams. if there isn’t something special/magical involved with targaryens taming the dragons, what are these dreams then?

my love for nedcat aside, i think the play’s portrayal of ned’s honor is more interesting than people’s assumptions about him and ashara in the books. people assume he trampled on his honor for love, and they aren’t wrong. his love for his family is stronger than his honor.+

@bryndensraven she is still unsure of herself after three seasons and i am frustrated by this. people can enjoy show’s take on rhaenyra’s character and i am totally fine with it. but i think i am also free to feel like they didn’t do a good job with her character.
