Cars24 is now offering us ‘mother promise’ and ‘mother-in-law promise’ for their used cars.
And, suddenly it’s not marketing anymore.
That’s what stood out in the recent CARS24 campaign.
This isn’t new, by the way.
We’ve seen it long back with Steve Jobs, where the product and the person were inseparable.
We’ve grown up with it in MDH, where the founder’s face was the guarantee before the word existed.
What’s changed is the context.
