The pump is now under the ground and pumping thousands of litre water everyday as this is used commercially.

Is the use of commercial Submersible water pump banned or not in Delhi ?
This incident is from Dwarka Sector 7 (PG is using a submersible pump)

Let’s see if authorities wake up and take any action on this pump.
