@SBIC_ARDCONNECT I got a call from [phone] for card closure, he asked me to install remote desktop application like anydesk into my mobile phone for aadhar card, pancard and email address verification.
Is @RBI @SBIC_ARDCONNECT suggested these applications to install for verification?

I have already raised multiple requests to close a card ending with xx6977, but no action has been taken from your side and the bill has generated with credit card charges, tell me why I should pay that amount? I didn't even accept that card.
